Refund and Returns Policy

Our Reship Promise

We keep our refund policy simple. If your products have not arrived within 14 days of purchase we will reship the same product at no cost to you.

To be eligible for a return, your product must be marked as undelivered or still in transit with USPS. We will not reship in cases where we were provided the wrong address.

We do not provide refunds in any case. Please be sure that you want what you have ordered.

To complete your reship, contact us after 14 days but within 30 days of completed payment of your order. Please keep this timeline in mind as we do not keep any customer information beyond 30 days. WE ARE UNABLE TO VERIFY THAT YOUR ORDER WAS EVER PLACED AFTER 30 DAYS.

Your Privacy

Our #1 concern is for the privacy, security, and safe handling of our customers data. We do not require that you use a real name during the checkout process and we both provide a tutorial and allow payment in cryptocurrency. After 30 days we purge all information that we have about your order.
